I STOOD THERE IN MY STRETCHY HOSPITAL UNDIES, HOLDING MY DAUGHTER WHILE AN EARTHQUAKE RAVAGED OUR CONDO...

AND DECIDED I WAS READY TO LIVE MY LIFE TO THE FULLEST.

The first thing I tell anyone who will listen is that I just married the love of my life. I LOVE LOVE (I'm a Libra like 4x in my chart). And, for a second point of interest, I'm moving to Scotland! If you're from Europe or the UK, you might not be that impressed. But, you see, I'm from a tiny podunk town in Texas where I grew up in a cult and moved to Alaska on my own when I was 17. So me moving abroad with my daughter is a huge deal and I love that I no longer have to daydream - I can just wake up and I'm LIVING my daydream!

I've been in business for 10 years. The day my daughter was born, back in 2015, my first husband (now ex) totaled our car and ended up in the ER across the hospital from us... yeah, that was an awkward wheelchair ride across the hospital in full-blown labor. And when my daughter and I finally got home from the hospital after a week, we had a 6.8 earthquake the same day. I stood there, in my stretchy hospital underwear in the bathroom doorway with my daughter clutched to my chest and I vowed that I would start living a life that was something I'd be proud to look back on.

A life that showed my daughter ALL the possibility of life.

And so, my online adventure began.
